Trozos (Pieces) of Cantabrian Anchovies 160 grams

During processing in the factory, it may happen that some of these large fillets may break. In Spanish they call them Trozos, pieces of anchovies. Packaged in glass jars, always in the prized Galantino medium fruity extra virgin olive oil, they can be used to make anchovy-based dishes and sauces and stored in the fridge for later use.
