Quintodecimo Exultet Fiano 2021

Exultet is an elegant and refined interpretation of the Fiano di Avellino wine. It is a cru produced exclusively with grapes from a single Fiano vineyard located in Lapio.

Its particular elegance also derives from the brief stay, during fermentation, in small oak barrels. It is a long-lived wine that can age well even for several decades thanks to its richness in aroma precursors and its freshness and integrity of taste. It has a bright yellow color with green reflections and clear varietal aromas of lime, acacia and thyme. With a dense and continuous structure, it develops aromas of exotic fruit, candied citrus and honey in a very light mineral matrix.
