Description

Memoria Primitivo di Manduria 2021 represents a perfect synthesis of the Apulian winemaking tradition, with Primitivo emerging in all its richness and complexity. The grapes come from selected vineyards, grown in the fertile soils of Salento, an ideal area for Primitivo thanks to its warm and sunny climate. The aging in steel preserves the freshness and fruitiness typical of the grape variety, allowing the wine to express itself at its best from the first tastings.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Intense ruby ​​red with purple reflections.
• Aroma: Enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, enriched by spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco.
• Taste: Full and round, with soft tannins and good acidity that balances the structure. The finish is long, fruity and persistent.
