From the estate that dominates the Stagnone Nature Reserve from above and looks out over the Egadi Islands, a white wine with great character and complex aromatic characteristics.

Harvest period in the first ten days of August. Vinification in reduction with soft pressing and subsequent long fermentation at low temperature. Aged for 4 months in steel. TASTING Color: straw yellow. Bouquet: intense and complex, particularly floral and fragrant. The scent of yellow flowers is accompanied by strong citrus notes and hints of peach in syrup. Taste: intense and persistent, very soft, fresh and moderately savoury.
