The grapes are harvested when they are fully ripe, after destemming and pressing, and undergo fermentation with intense maceration. This is followed by malolactic transformation and maturation in French oak barriques for a period of 4-6 months depending on the vintage.

Irpinia Aglianico DOC is a wine with an elegant ruby ​​red color. At the first olfactory and gustatory analysis, the aromas of ripe fruit stand out, among which cherry, blackberry and cassis are clearly distinguishable. In the second instance, the spicier notes of vanilla, pepper and cloves open up. It is a full-bodied wine but at the same time velvety and balanced, persistent on the palate
