Harvest: manual harvest. Fiano Bianco - 3rd week of August; Malvasia Bianca - 2nd week of September.

Vinification: pre-fermentation maceration at 10°C for 6 hours, fermentation at controlled temperature at 14°C for 20 days in steel tanks

Refinement: at the end of fermentation the wine rests on fine lees for at least 3 months in steel tanks

Alcohol content : 12%

Serving temperature 9 – 11° C.
