The Kapnios Aglianico 2018 by Masseria Frattasi is an intense and structured wine, produced with a particular technique that involves a light drying of the grapes before vinification, giving greater concentration and aromatic complexity. The name Kapnios , which in Greek means "smoke", recalls the smoky and spicy character that this wine acquires thanks to its aging in wood.
