Pack containing 6 skewers. Net weight 170 g. Drained weight 80 g.
The Iberian aperitif Gilda di Magno 1973 is the original pintxo, the first to appear on the counters of Basque bars. Typical of the Basque Country and northern Spain, Gilda represents a more elaborate and evolved version of the classic tapas, constituting a miniature culinary work for both the palate and the eyes.
The Magno 1973 tin contains 6 skewers, each carefully and precisely assembled. Each skewer includes 2 pepper-stuffed olives, 1 sweet green chili pepper, and 1 anchovy, skewered in a specific order: first a stuffed olive, then the chili pepper, followed by the anchovy. A generous drizzle of high-quality extra virgin olive oil completes the preparation.
Gilda offers a combination of intense and contrasting flavours, with premium ingredients such as salted anchovies, pepper-stuffed olives and chillies. These snacks not only delight the palate but are also a miniature work of culinary art. The elegant and sophisticated black packaging, with the distinctive Magno 1973 logo, adds a touch of luxury to the gastronomic experience. An ideal accompaniment for Gilda is a good glass of white wine (txakoli), a rosé or vermouth.
