Enrico Serafino Nebbiolo Langhe Picotener 2020

Picotener, is “the forgotten Nebbiolo” today almost impossible to find. In fact, this ancient sub-variety is characterized by low production and poor vegetative vigor and this explains its limited diffusion. Enrico Serafino proudly re-proposes the Picotener rich in polyphenols, with an intense color and a typically spicy aroma.

Bright red with purple hues.

Intense, elegant and complex with floral notes of rose and violet. Fruity with hints of cherry and plum, fine aromas of spices.

Fine, velvety, fresh, medium to structured, delicate with intriguing tannins and a long, persistent mineral finish.
