In our Bernardo Selección boneless shoulder we discover a bright cherry red hue, delicately intertwined and with a high percentage of oleic acid that helps maintain an adequate level of cholesterol in the blood, in addition to being rich in proteins, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and vitamin E (an excellent antioxidant). On the nose we recognize intense and pleasant aromas, comparable to shoulders of the ORO range, Pata Negra, typical of its character and personality. In the mouth we appreciate an unmistakable bouquet, enveloping and maintained with a touch of sweetness, due to a reduction in the salting time and long maturation, obtaining a healthier, tastier and more palatable product.
