Vinification: manual selection of the grapes, destemming and 4-6 hours of maceration on the skins, then draining of the free-run must and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 20 days

Aged in steel for 6 months and for another 2 months in the bottle

Tasting notes: Bright cherry red, with floral hints of geraniums, slightly fruity, with mineral hints. Smooth in the mouth, fresh and long with pleasant acidity
