Vinification manual selection of grapes, destemming and cryomaceration up to 48 hours, fermentation at controlled temperature for about 12 days. Aged in amphora and large French oak barrels for 12 months, rests another 2 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes Intense ruby ​​red color with purple nuances, floral and fruity with hints of geraniums, undergrowth and small ripe red fruits, with tobacco, spices and volcanic notes. Round and balanced, with velvety tannins and a beautiful long finish.
