Description
This Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is made from Glera grapes grown on the Treviso hills, on clay and limestone soils. The sparkling process is carried out using the Charmat method, guaranteeing freshness and vivacity. After a soft pressing with a maximum yield of 70%, the base wine is fermented a second time in an autoclave with sugars and yeasts before bottling.
