Description

Bellavista Rosè 2016 is a Franciacorta of great elegance and refinement, an expression of the philosophy of excellence of the Bellavista winery . Obtained from a skilful blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay , this sparkling wine is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes and a vinification that involves maturation of at least 36 months on the lees , giving complexity and aromatic depth.

Tasting Notes

Color: Light pink with copper reflections and a fine, persistent perlage.
Aroma: Ample and refined bouquet, with notes of red fruits , pomegranate , dog rose , citrus hints and a delicate hint of bread crust .
Taste: Elegant and harmonious, with a vibrant freshness and a pleasant minerality. The finish is long and enveloping, with hints of berries and candied citrus.

Recommended Pairings

Perfect as a refined aperitif , it goes splendidly with raw fish , oysters , shellfish and sushi . Also excellent with delicate first courses , such as seafood risotto or tagliolini with white truffle.
