Tasting Notes
Color: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: On the nose it is intense and fragrant, with notes of ripe white fruit , such as golden apples and pears , followed by a delicate hint of brioche and yeast that gives complexity and finesse.
Taste: In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and lively, with a good structure and a fine and persistent perlage. The finish is elegant, with hints of almond and a light hint of spices that complete the freshness of the sip.
