The Barolo The specification requires aging for at least 38 months, of which 18 in wooden barrels, starting from November 1st of the year in which the grapes were produced.

Garnet red in colour with orange reflections due to aging.

On the nose, an ethereal and intense aroma of ripe fruit and roses, with light notes of vanilla. Dry, full, austere, robust but velvety flavor, of great harmony. It ages at least three years, two of which in oak barrels. It pairs well with game, braised meats and structured dishes, mature cheeses.
