With an intense garnet red colour and beautiful hues.
On the nose Aromas of red fruits and jam, with notes of vanilla and green pepper. In the mouth it has a decisive attack, great structure, with evident tannins, sweet and velvety. The aftertaste is broad, warm and ethereal.
It ages for a total of 32 months, between oak barrels and bottles. It can be stored in a horizontal bottle for over 15 years. Traditional maceration, submerged cap for about 24 days and 2 délestage.
