This white wine is born from the great experience of the Jermann winery, renowned for the production of high-quality wines that combine tradition and innovation.
Winemaking and Refinement
After fermentation in stainless steel , the wine ages for several months on the fine lees , acquiring greater structure and complexity. The result is a Riesling with a mineral and persistent character, with potential for evolution in the bottle .
