Chianti Riserva is a wine made with Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyards of the Capannelle estate, this Chianti vinifies in steel vats at a controlled temperature. It ages for about 10 months in Slavonian oak truncated cone vats.
Ruby red wine, with garnet reflections, clear. Intense on the nose, with hints of cherry and red fruits. Innovative and balanced, with strong aromas, sweet tannins that release a long and persistent finish. Pairs with Game, roasts, red meats and structured cheeses, first courses with meat sauces and mushrooms.
