Produced in the heart of Campania, in the vocated area of Campi Taurasini, it is a structured and intense red, capable of evolving over time and offering a deep and enveloping tasting experience.
Tasting Notes
- Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
- Nose: Complex and deep, with notes of ripe berries, plum, black cherry, tobacco, sweet spices and a hint of cocoa.
- Taste: Structured and enveloping, with well-present but harmonious tannins. Long finish, with a pleasant mineral and spicy persistence.
Recommended pairings
Perfect with grilled red meats, game, braised meats and mature cheeses. Also excellent with rich traditional dishes from Campania, such as pasta with Neapolitan ragù.
