The grapes are harvested when they are fully ripe, pressed and the must is fermented in steel tanks at low temperatures. It is then refined in the bottle for a period of three months.


Straw yellow in color, fruity aroma and subtle notes of peach blossom, acacia and broom. The flavor is full, balanced and of remarkable persistence.
