- Color: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections.
- Aroma: Complex and persistent, with notes of ripe berries, black cherry, sweet spices, tobacco and light balsamic nuances.
- Taste: Full and structured, with velvety tannins and a perfect balance between freshness and softness. The finish is long and enveloping with hints of cocoa and licorice.
Recommended pairings
Perfect with roasts, game, braised meats, mature cheeses and typical dishes of Campania cuisine. Also excellent for meditation.
