Guyot vineyard grows at an altitude of 300 m above sea level. Vinification and cold maceration on the skins for 8 hours, fermentation 10% in French oak barriques, 90% in steel.


Aged 20% in French oak barriques for 6 months and 80% in steel. Intense golden yellow color.
