Pale pink but with a bright shade with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it releases the irreverent intensity of the Aglianico grape, open and jovial, it seduces you on the palate with notes of soy and ripe fruit without losing elegance and balance. Good persistence, which allows versatility in pairing: fish-based preparations (soups, first courses or roasts) pizza, rustic pies, vegetable cream soups, fresh cheeses.
