Tasting Notes
- Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
- Nose: Complex and deep, with notes of black cherry, plum, sweet spices, tobacco, cocoa and leather.
- Taste: Structured and enveloping, with important but velvety tannins. The finish is long, persistent and spicy.
Recommended pairings
Perfect with roasts, braised meats, game and mature cheeses. Also excellent as a meditation wine.
