It has an intense ruby red color. The nose is elegant and rich, with ample, warm and enveloping aromas of dried figs, cherry jam, orange, licorice and walnut husk. In the mouth you find a right sweetness that is not cloying at all and you feel an almost unexpected freshness, velvety tannins and good body. The prolonged drying of the grapes on the plant, until September 15th.
It allows the wine to maintain an extraordinary sweetness.
