Description
Jermann 's Vinnae Ribolla Gialla 2021 is a fresh and mineral white, an authentic expression of the Friulian territory . It is born from the selection of Ribolla Gialla grapes, an indigenous vine, with a small addition of Tocai Friulano and Riesling Renano , which give greater complexity and balance. The name "Vinnae" is a tribute to the winemaking tradition of the Jermann family, who have cultivated these lands for over 130 years.
Winemaking and Refinement
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel , preserving the freshness of the fruit, followed by a short refinement in Slavonian oak barrels and subsequently in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
- Color: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
- Aroma: Elegant and floral, with notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers and a light mineral nuance.
- Taste: Fresh, savoury and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a persistent finish.

- Fish, shellfish and sushi appetizers .
- Dishes of vegetables and fresh cheeses .
