Vitese Nero D'Avola Bio 2021 is a Sicilian red wine that expresses all the personality of the native Nero D'Avola variety. Coming from organic vineyards, this wine is the perfect interpretation of Sicily, with a rich and enveloping aromatic profile. The use of sustainable agricultural practices allows us to obtain an environmentally friendly product, without compromising quality. Vinification in steel and aging in the bottle give it freshness and a good structure.
Tasting Notes
Color: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: The nose reveals hints of ripe red fruit, such as plum and cherry, accompanied by spicy notes and a light hint of black pepper and aromatic herbs.
Taste: On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with velvety tannins and a good persistence. The freshness is well balanced with the body of the wine, offering a pleasant and fruity finish.
Recommended Pairings
It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, grills, roasts, pasta alla Norma, and mature cheeses. Also excellent with traditional Sicilian dishes such as caponata and melanzane alla parmigiana.
