Its complexity comes from an assembly of over 100 different wines, of which 20-30% are reserve wines, selected to ensure maturity, balance and coherence.
The blend celebrates the harmonious union of the three grape varieties:
- Pinot Noir (30-40%) : gives structure and body.
- Pinot Meunier (30-40%) : brings softness and roundness.
- Chardonnay (20-30%) : adds refinement and elegance.
Dosage: 7 g/l.
