Pietraincatenata is one of the greatest expressions of Fiano according to Luigi Maffini. Produced in the heart of Cilento, this refined and complex white combines elegance and structure thanks to careful refinement in wood. A wine capable of evolving over time, expressing great aromatic depth and a marked minerality.
Tasting Notes
- Color: Bright golden yellow.
- Aroma: Intense and enveloping, with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, honey, toasted almond and delicate hints of vanilla.
- Taste: Soft and structured, with a perfect fusion between freshness and complexity. The finish is long, savory and mineral.

Perfect with shellfish, baked fish, refined risottos and medium-aged cheeses. Also excellent with Mediterranean dishes such as lobster linguine or sea bream in a salt crust.
