A Latin motto is present on the glass window above the door of the chapel that houses the Gin Mare still and also appears on the bottle: "Mundus appellatur Caelum, terra et mare". The world is the combination of sky, earth and sea. Even the white and blue reflections of the bottle suggest the synthesis between sea and sky, water and foam. The DNA of this gin is reflected in the name itself, "Mare", a concept of great importance especially in Mediterranean culture, which also in other languages leads to an extremely familiar, specifically maternal meaning.
A limited series with the soul of the lemons of the island of Capri. The nose perceives the authentic notes of bergamot, nuances of rosemary and olives. On the palate it is extremely refreshing and thirst-quenching, with a citrus aftertaste. In addition to the classic botanicals of Gin Mare such as Arbequina Olive, Italian basil, Turkish thyme, Greek rosemary, coriander, juniper and cardamom, lemon and bergamot are added during distillation.
