Description
Cavalier Pepe's Grancare Greco di Tufo DOCG is a white wine with great structure and complexity, which best expresses the minerality of the tuff soil of Irpinia. Thanks to partial aging in wood, the wine acquires elegance and depth, maintaining the freshness of the Greco intact.
Tasting Notes
- Color: Bright golden yellow.
- Aroma: Intense and layered, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, apricot, candied citrus, white flowers and light nuances of vanilla and honey.
- Taste: Structured and enveloping, with great flavor and freshness. The finish is long and mineral, with hints of dried fruit and spices.
Recommended pairings
Ideal with structured fish dishes, shellfish, seafood risottos and white meats. Also excellent with blue or mature cheeses.
