Traditional maceration, minimum for about 20 days with delestage. Aged for 38 months in total, between Slavonian oak barrels and bottle.
Garnet red in color. Clean and intense aroma with hints of spices, withered rose, violet and undergrowth. It has full expression of the soils that characterize Serralunga. Rich and full on the palate, characterized by a solid body and silky tannins. Persistent aftertaste.
Store the bottle lying down.
