Adora 's Salice Salentino Riserva 2020 is a red wine with great character, which reflects the Salento territory through its complex and enveloping profile. Made with Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, this wine stands out for its robust structure, soft tannins and a long and pleasant persistence. It is the result of careful and traditional winemaking, which enhances the typical characteristics of Salice Salentino.
Tasting Notes
- Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
- Nose: Complex and rich, with notes of ripe fruit (cherry, plum), sweet spices, tobacco and hints of vanilla and oak.
- Taste: Full and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and good acidity that balances the structure. The finish is long, warm and slightly spicy, with a pleasant fruity persistence.
Recommended pairings
