Tasting Notes
- Color: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
- Aroma: Complex and enveloping, with hints of ripe red fruits, plum, sweet spices, tobacco and light mineral notes.
- Taste: Structured and full-bodied, with soft tannins and good acidity that makes the wine fresh and long-lived. The finish is long and persistent, with a return of fruit and spices.
Recommended pairings
Perfect with red meat dishes, braised meats, game and mature cheeses. Also excellent with traditional Campania cuisine, such as grilled lamb or meat ragù.
