Nativ Eremo San Quirico Campi Taurasini DOC 2019 is a wine of great structure and elegance, produced exclusively from Aglianico grapes grown in the volcanic soils of the Taurasi area, in the province of Avellino. Aging in barriques for a year gives aromatic complexity and an extraordinary softness on the palate, making it an excellence of Campania winemaking.
Tasting Notes
- Color : Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
- Aroma : Complex bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits, black cherry, plum and spicy hints of vanilla and chocolate.
- Taste : Full, warm and enveloping, with soft tannins and a long aromatic persistence.
Recommended pairings
Ideal with grilled red meats, game and braised meats. Also excellent with aged cheeses or traditional Campania dishes, such as roast lamb.
