Description

Planeta Chardonnay 2021 is an elegant and fresh white wine, fruit of the Sicilian winemaking tradition. This Chardonnay is produced with grapes harvested on the lands of the Planeta company, which is located in different areas of Sicily. The wine presents a perfect balance between the typical freshness of the Sicilian climate and the structure of the grape variety. Thanks to a short maturation in barrique, the wine develops hints of ripe fruit and notes of butter, creating a complex and fascinating profile.

Tasting Notes

Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: Intense and complex, with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by light notes of butter and vanilla, typical of wood aging.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh and structured, with a good acidity that balances the softness of the ripe fruit. The finish is long and harmonious, with an aftertaste that recalls tropical notes and a light mineral nuance.
