Planeta Burdese Red 2015

In the local dialect Burdisi/Burdese means Bordeaux and refers to the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Burdese is a long-aging wine, offering an olfactory and gustatory complexity that has few counterparts in Sicily. It is a red wine of great density, structure and balance, produced in limited quantities from selected vineyards.

Powerful red, built on a dense and important tannic texture balanced by a strong alcohol content. A great Super Tuscan made in Sicily from a selection of the best grapes from the company's vineyards. Taste strength focused on a very dense and pulpy ripe fruitiness. The flavors are those of blueberry and black cherries in alcohol that mix with leather while intense aromas of cherries, cocoa, iodine and rosemary gradually emerge.
