Description

Ferrari Perlé Millesimato is an elegant and refined sparkling wine, made with only Chardonnay grapes from the mountain vineyards of Trentino. Produced according to the Classic Method , it ages on the lees for at least 5 years , developing complexity and harmony.

Colour: Bright golden yellow, with fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: Intense and enveloping, with notes of ripe fruit , golden apple , toasted almond , and delicate hints of bread crust and vanilla .
Taste: Elegant and creamy, with a well-balanced structure, lively acidity and a long, mineral finish.
