Bolgheri DOC Rosato 2022 Guado al Tasso Estate - Marchesi Antinori

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a part of Syrah for a rosé with strong and intense aromas, characteristic of the Bolgheri territory. The vineyard, like the wine, takes its name from the bandit "Scalabrone" who lived in this area in the early 1800s and is located on silty-clayey soils of predominantly alluvial origin, rich in pebbles.

Scalabrone 2021 presents itself with a slightly pale peony pink color. On the nose it shows intense notes of red berry fruit, among which cherry and pomegranate stand out, accompanied by floral sensations of rose petals and hawthorn. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, delicate and characterized by a beautiful freshness and persistence.
